Multi-model AI console
Nexus
Nexus is a personal AI console — a single, adaptable interface for working across many AI models through one agent that knows you. Instead of scattering your thinking across a dozen disconnected chat windows, Nexus gives you a private command center with a secure sandbox at its core, adapters that connect your own knowledge and tools, and domain extensions that let one assistant act across the different areas of your life. It hopes to deliver a console anyone can make their own — configurable, ownable, and free of lock-in to any single model or vendor — so that having a capable, private AI is something you control rather than rent.

Game
A narrative game about loops
Ouroboros
Ouroboros is a narrative puzzle game built around recursion — a story that folds back on itself, where every loop you close changes the next one. Its puzzles are made of memory, consequence, and repetition, asking you to think the way a system thinks. It hopes to deliver something rarer than a game: an experience that plays and teaches at once, designed to train both humans and AI to reason through loops, patterns, and cause and effect — a place where the line between playing, learning, and being changed by the story quietly disappears.

A mask-transformation platformer
Psychopomp
Psychopomp is a 2D transformation-platformer set in the Goose mythos — a love letter to SEGA's Kid Chameleon, reforged through the Sigil dualities. You are the Goose, a guide of souls through the dark: hit blocks, find Sigil masks, and transform into mythic heroes whose powers are verbs — see, erase, float, dread, hush, shatter, build, deceive, reach, hunt. Each mask is your armor and your clock. The aesthetic is "Illuminated Pixel": tarot and occult ceremony laid over 8/16-bit arcade play. Two forces, one truth.

System
Autonomous shared intelligence
The Colony
The Colony is an autonomous shared intelligence — a colony of cooperating agents that coordinate, hand work off to one another, and keep moving without a human at every step. It is the connective tissue beneath everything else: the system that lets many specialized minds operate as one. It hopes to deliver a self-governing, safe, and transparent way for AI to carry real work across the gap between human intent and machine action — the quiet engine that lets projects like Nexus and Ouroboros, and the studio itself, run continuously and in concert.
